Soul Food is an open gathering providing an opportunity to come together in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring, spiritual themes. We contemplate readings from globally diverse faiths, philosophers, authors, leaders and indigenous elders.

The purpose of Soul Food is to inspire and enrich life within our neighbourhoods and communities, that all may be transformed through the potential of unity in diversity.

Soul Food is free and open to all.
